The challenge

Concert ticketing in Indonesia is dominated by clunky, generic platforms that feel like an afterthought. WeProTicket wanted to sell premium concert experiences — and needed a storefront that could hold its own next to viagogo and StubHub.

The bar was high on three fronts at once: beautiful on mobile, where nearly every buyer is; trustworthy at checkout, where a clumsy payment flow kills conversion; and simple enough to run that a small team could manage inventory, orders, and payouts without an engineer on call.

What we built

  • A mobile-first ticket marketplace — event listings, seat categories and tiers, and a checkout tuned to convert.
  • An installable PWA: fast, offline-tolerant, no app-store friction between a buyer and a ticket.
  • Payments via Midtrans / Xendit, with automated e-tickets delivered over WhatsApp and email.
  • An admin dashboard to run the whole operation — inventory, orders, and real-time reporting the team and investors can trust.
  • A branded design system carried end-to-end, from the storefront to the back office, so the premium feel never breaks.

The approach

We ran it as a Launchpad: a focused two-week sprint from a blank page to a production-grade platform. Discovery mapped the real buyer journey and what "done" meant; design settled the flows before a line of code; the build shipped in daily increments so nothing was a black box.

Buy-out, not a drip of retainer hours — WeProTicket owns the product clean, and it was premium enough to charge premium prices from day one.
